The content on this site is provided for general information about Nexara LLC and its services. We may update or change the site at any time without notice.

Engagements & payment

Scope, timeline, and fees for any work are defined in a written proposal. Invoices are issued in U.S. dollars and are due on the terms stated on each invoice. Late balances may pause active work.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as set out in the engagement agreement. This site’s brand, design, and content remain the property of Nexara LLC.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexara is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
